how to make a Love Meter with Ren'Py?

So here, I need you guys help again! I'm wondering how am I going to make a love meter like the meter in the game Winter in Fairbrook & Summer in Fairbrook with Ren'Py. Is it possible to create something like this? Or I need some other program to do it and add it in? But how am I suppose to do it?

Besides, I wanted to add animation into a Ren'Py make games. But I can't find any animation file. So where can I download it? Or there is somewhere else? I need more information about the love meter things and lots of Ren'Py engine information. Probably if can, please provide photo for me.

If you find another better dating sims game maker, please do tell me.
