Don't Save the World : Sakura River Interactive

#1 Post by Aletea » Wed Jul 25, 2012 10:01 pm

Hey guys! Looks like Sakura River Interactive wants to make a really interesting game! From their funding page:

"Don’t save the World: An RPG is a game where the effect of player’s choices are so strong they can change the genre of story and game. Live a life of adventure (RPG gamplay) or a normal life of running a shop (management-sim). Say "No" to saving the world!"

"Don’t Save the World has several game genres in one game. Optional turn-based RPG, optional Management-sim, and to glue them together there is the daily life sim. There is also the mystery elements of the story that hide away some of deep secrets of what’s possible in the game."

There's a lot more on their funding page, of course. They need donors to get the amount of money necessary to make this game, so go check it out! And if you haven't tried the company's other games, donating $20 gets you a copy of Fading Hearts or Infinite Gameworks as well as copy of this game when it comes out.

I loved Fading Hearts. The truth is though, I don't think they'll make enough money in the next 30 days to reach they're deadline goal.
