I vaguely remember watching one of the movie adaptations when I was little, but this would be a good opportunity to revisit the story.

and of course Miss Maria Minchin, the proprietress herself.

The first act of game script has been converted and blocked out with sprites and backgrounds. No sound yet, and the gui for the stat stuff is still undone, but it's still a sign of progress.

A few CGs are drawn so far, as well as a few sort-of CGs, with characters in chibi form (comedy scenes, generally).
