How do I backup my saved game data?
I'd like to save it and delete it so I can easily organize multiple quests.

Go to your savegame folder and copy the folder wherever you like?

The files are named things like 1-3-LT1.save (In this case, this is save 3 on page 1; all of them end in -LT1.save.)

Linking because I don't remember what OS you're using, so may as well give you the instructions for everything. Note that Windows has an unfortunate tendency to ship default-configured to hide Application Data.
