Julianna and Selene's Ending

What it says on the tin. Can someone spoil me and tell me how to get their ending in the epilogue? I can't quite figure this for some reason.

Let Julianna stay, learn lots of Lumen, and when Shanjia comes a' knockin' wizard-duel the guy into pixie-dusted oblivion. After that, public support for Lumens will skyrocket and benevolent magic-users can live in the open.

Like, for instance, Julianna and Selene. ;)
