Does it make much of a difference if you offer a certain prize? I'm guessing offering gold will drain your treasury a bit, and just recognition and praise will make you seem greedy.

I usually offer positions XD I'm assuming that helps with things in Weeks 34-36.

Employment seems to help making your army bigger and a better chance of winning against Shanjia.
