Help with a trophy?

Can anyone help me with the trophy Summer School? I just can't seem to figure it out how I get it...

if i understand it right (i didn't get this trophy myself), you need to gain 50 demerits after the final exam. and then Potsdam'll offer you summer school

Before the final exam, make sure you've got 40 or 45 demerits.

Then fail the final exam and afterwards Potsdam should give you the choice to go to summer school.
