Okay this is gonna sound so stupid (It might also be totally the wrong place to ask this but I couldn't figure out a better place sorry!)
But wath excatly is the email adress for support?
My cute knight kingdom game got deleted when my computer crashed and the support page just tell me to email support at hanakogames.com which hotmail tells me seems to be miss spelled. And since I'm crappy at computer stuff I can't figure out what I should do about that.
Also my email adress that I used back when ordering has crashed due to a virus in my email

It says "at" to confuse spambots because they can't read. Replace the at with a @ like how most email addresses look (Or you can PM me here if necessary)

Send me what details you do have - the name and email address that the game was originally bought from, and roughly when you bought it, and I should be able to look up the order and generate a new link for you.
