You Are a Shark - if I recall right, I really enjoyed this one for the variety of animals you could get turned into and have to live as for a few pages before switching to something else.

The Mystery of Chimney Rock was the only one my grandmother owned, and I read it every time we visited her house despite the fact that it has some of the most horrifying endings in the entire series. (I say "despite," I may mean "because of.") THE CAT.

It's difficult to choose just one sincere there are a few that look interesting. But if I had to choose one,
The Enchanted Kingdom looks quite interesting. :D

Forest of Fear, picked purely because the title reminds me of Long Live the Queen.

Hello, I came over from Reddit. Saw your thread over at /r/gamebooks.
Trying to guess your favorite CYOA book is almost impossible considering there are so many of them. But I'll pick Journey Under the Sea, that sounds like something I'd enjoy.

The Secret Treasure of Tibet.

The Cave of Time perhaps? I don't know if you've ever read the Lone Wolf series, but those were super fun gamebooks as well. =)

The Mystery of Chimney Rock was probably my 2nd favorite, because it had one of those 80s scary movie vibes. And the witch/cat was truly scary.skydragonwings wrote:The Mystery of Chimney Rock was the only one my grandmother owned, and I read it every time we visited her house despite the fact that it has some of the most horrifying endings in the entire series. Haunted Halloween Party sounds promising.
Re: Sword Daughter giveaway contest!
The Mystery of Chimney Rock a.k.a. The Curse of the Haunted Mansion was always my favourite, but since someone already chose that one let's go with... The Forbidden Castle which was also by Edward Packard.

"Escape from the Carnival of Horrors", first volume of "Give Yourself Goosebumps" series... I read almost all Goosebumps books since my big bros like it... naturally, when the CYOD spin-off comes out, they bought it too...
