I was curious about something. I assume it is not possible to do a "perfect" run of this, with passing all skill tests? It seems quite obvious that it is not, but I wanted to make sure for my own sanity. How are you guys finding what skill levels are needed, btw? I seem to be way under or over...

Love it so far! I found a missing period in one of the class texts. It's for Falconry level 20: "Luckily your royal falconer does most of the hard work for you" There also seems to be an extra space if you toss the Duchess of Ursal into the dungeon, and taunt her "Having fun here? Are the rats being...

Christine Love is Canadian, and English is the original language, but it is based on Korean history. I liked the story a lot, it leaves you thinking for a long time afterward. Ah sorry about that! I couldn't find much info on it, so with the Korean on screen I assumed it was from Korea. Will fix on...

DarthSnuggles, from what I've read on the lemmasoft forum topic, most people had the same impressions as you. It sounds like those that have played the full game just didn't find it very gripping, and although people have offered to be editors for it I think no one from the team took them up on it? ...

Analogue: A Hate Story

I just noticed a new Canadian-made VN on Steam called Analogue: A Hate Story. It looks interesting, but at least according to the display pictures, there aren't any backgrounds in the game, which seems odd for a ten dollar game! Still, I think I may look into it later. The game description on Steam:...

Oh! That would be marvelous! I love Big Steve. :D

Recent Update?

Sorry if this has been said somewhere, but I assume the most recent update to Magical Diary is a big one/we have new content? I was asking because the Winter Wolves Newsletter mentioned it, so I was wondering what the latest update contained? I didn't see any posts on it here; sorry if I missed it! ...

While there may be nuances I'm not quite getting as this isn't a phrasing I generally use, 'created' is valid terminology - google the phrase "created a duke". One of the meanings of 'create' in a dictionary is to invest with a new title, office, or rank, and it's often used in the royal context. B...

Do we leave bugs we find here? I found a bit of an awkward sentence, when studying Internal Affairs. It says your mother "created" a duke, but I think something along the lines of "appointed" or "crowned" would be better. Otherwise I feel like it sounds as if your mother made a man out of thin air. ...

Thank you so much for having alpha testing/discounts, Hanako and Spiky. It's really enjoyable and nice to save a little money too. :D

Awwww. The political game sounds really fun. I do agree getting to run off with a knight or farmer and leave your country to rot sounds like a fun option.

But honestly, this sounds really interesting. There aren't many VNs (at least in the US?) that aren't romance games. I am very excited!

This looks adorable! I am so excited! It reminds me a bit of Princess Maker (just due to it being a princess in a sim game), and anything that reminds me of that is excellent!

I think your link in the first post is bad. It kept telling me my account was suspended (when I never had one or been there before).

But the link on RPG maker website worked, which is http://heartache101.3eeweb.com/

Too bad I can't play it anyway since it's Windows only.
