Windowed, letterboxed, or scaled down? (If the game doesn't fit exactly to the screen, the engine will add black borders around/alongside the window.) Did you fullscreen it using the fullscreen option on the preferences menu or one of the titlebar buttons? What resolution is your monitor set to? Upl...

It's odd, and I haven't been able to reproduce it yet. In addition to Hanako's questions, what versions of Date Warp and Windows do you have? What color depth is your screen set to? What exactly do you mean by fullscreened? Did it start running in fullscreen mode? Did you switch it into windowed mod...

CG gallery / Ending list / Jukebox

If you bought the game early and your copy doesn't contain these things, you can email your receipt to support at hanakogames (or PM myself or hanako) and receive an updated download.

Hm. Is it dropping a traceback.txt file anywhere? (Possibly inside DateWarp.app/Contents/Resources/autorun/game/) What version of MacOS are you running, on what processor? Is this the demo or the full build?

Far too much digging around in strange and mind-devouring APIs later, I *think* I've gotten the pathfinding bug fixed (as of 0.9.81). The fix may slightly increase latency if you try to move while you're already moving, but should sort itself out more cleanly. (Also, there's now more bounds checking...

Argh! Gods below, that pathfinding bug is determined to sneak back into the code.

I *think* I've squashed this incarnation as of 0.9.79. Hopefully it won't find a new way to manifest.

I tried the alpha demo and that worked. The beta mac demo didn't open up. That should be fixed as of 0.9.78.1 - I'd forgotten to add the new source file to the intel mac build script. Linux version 0.9.76.1 (demo) and 0.9.75 (fullbuild): Settng the game speed to fast, your character still walks at ...

Hm. I suspect it's a bug in the version of the webbrowser module that ships with Ren'Py and/or its interaction with Arch's firefox package, then. What does

Code: Select all

import webbrowser
print dir(webbrowser.get())
output?

Hm, I'm not sure why it's trying to open a local file instead of the URL, and I can't reproduce it on my main box (64-bit Debian). You're still on 32-bit Arch? What web browser (and version) is it trying to load the links in? Does it behave differently if the browser was already running when the 'bu...
