Re: Exam 7 Tips and Tricks
This one is a toughie I've only really found one reliable way to do this, and it's on my black/blue build. But it requires a frankly ridiculous amount of mana Use teleevoke to clear the first purple thing, explore past it, then go back. Teleport the stone pillar into place in front of the path you ...

Re: Wolf Hall - Development Testing Thread
There's an error on the hyperlink for "tengu" - you can click on it and the game will open the tengu codex so you can read it, but the term isn't unlocked under the list of concepts. I think this does open properly in the Damien? route. Pretty sure that's where I first encountered it, at least. Who...

Also not sure this is a glitch, but are merits supposed to be capped at 50? I have 55 right now.

Re: Wolf Hall - Development Testing Thread
I noticed Prof Potsdam didn't say anything about befriending the ghost wolf after I used Communication on it. Is she supposed to bring that up?

Re: Exam 1 Tips and Tricks
Okay, so I have been wondering, are there any other ways to beat this? Aside from the standard way you can Heal the vines and then climb them, use White magic to give you an extra clue about the standard way, and possibly use Open on the door (although I don't think you can get it that early) but h...

Re: Wolf Hall - Development Testing Thread
I'm a bit late but I've been playtesting when I can (in between work and all). I was wondering how to pass the second exam, like tips and all. I've been focusing mostly on blue magic but I wonder if it's useless for this exam? I had no problem getting through with Far Sight and then Teleport Self t...

Re: Kickstarter + Early Demo
Closer and closer to the thirty thousand stretch goal! I already pledged, so here's hoping for lots more pledges in the last few days of the campaign! I'm feeling pretty confident about it. Most Kickstarters get a boost in the last forty-eight hours, so that'll probably be enough to put it over the...

Re: How/when to get Horse Hall key from Kickstarter
Yeah, the keys should be sent out automatically when the Kickstarter ends, I'm pretty sure.

Re: Kickstarter + Early Demo
To whoever pledged enough to get a romance with Manuel, you have my undying devotion. I was already over the moon about the Kickstarter getting started, and that was the bonus romance I was hoping for the most. This is a great day.

Oh lord, and of course Damien pulls out the you're not like other girls nonsense. Dude never met a red flag he didn't like.

Re: Magical Diary: Wolf Hall (Early development thread)
So here's a thought for you to consider. William is assigned to look after WolfPC, so he'll be his senior during Freshman Initiation. How will that affect the other freshman/senior pairups? Well, o' course William can't be Ellen's senior during Initiation, and that means Damien's looking for anothe...

Re: Magical Diary: Wolf Hall
Aw yeah. I was pretty wary about Damien being an option - didn't like him the first time, didn't expect to like him the second - but going in forewarned and trying to take him on sounds like it could be worth it. Look forward to seeing where that goes. Can't wait to get a chance to play this thing....

Re: Magical Diary: Wolf Hall
One hundred percent agree with Tomo-chan. I'm really not a fan of romances where one person is in charge most of the time, which is one of many reasons the whole seme/uke thing in yaoi gives me hives. Definitely want things to feel balanced between William and Gary Stu, like they're both equals in t...

Re: Magical Diary: Wolf Hall
Hanako talked about some of the romances in the old thread, under spoilers:
Specifically, yeah, William is a love interest. Or at least that was the original plan.

Re: Magical Diary: Wolf Hall
Personally I'd miss the curveball, but I also think long-term pacing and game balance is more important in the long run.
