As long as you log on to steam every week there's a chance you'll randomly get a booster pack with extra cards. I got a full set of FTL cards that way. You can them sell the extras and buy missing ones with the money you just made or trade them. *shrug* Might be pointless but I find it silly fun. :D

Did I read that you can get attacked during the parade? I've never had that happen. Do you need to get the peasents to hate you or something?

About a central narrative - The devs have mention on their forum that some of the Adventure chains will continue on into the sequels. Things like beingblackmailed by the Watcher or working with the guard captain or the pirates. So it does seem like something they're planning to work on for the future.

I believe the Red Magic stat controls how well Sue performs. The best result I've been able to get is my Sue being able to erratically float the ball before ultimately losing control.
