Finish the game with high artistry. I did all of the classes in the capital city, worked there and worked at the seaside resort. Careful not to have too much money at the end or else you'll end up an entrepreneur.

I got this one by having high Mind. I mostly did artist classes.

Marry the blacksmith. Get your strength and crafting high enough to work for him repeatedly and almost beat him in arm wrestling. He'll eventually offer you a gift (a collar). Once you have it, raise your crafting until you can identify it and then wear it. Talk to him again and he'll propose.
